Siobhan has been a Primary school Headteacher in Lancashire for 23 years and is a member of the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network promoting awareness of trauma informed practice seeking to reduce the frequency and effects of Violent crime

I am a retired Lancashire Constabulary Police Officer having retired in 2018 I am now employed by the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network as a Police Trainer currently delivering Trauma Informed training to Police Officers and Police staff

My role as business support officer is to manage bookings for Trauma Informed Lancashire as well as collate feedback from the training sessions

Justin is a serving Police Superintendent on the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network which consists of 36 partner agencies working to reduce prevent serious violence by addressing the cause of the causes through a public health approach

I m a Registered Mental Health Nurse that specialises in violence prevention following the completion of a BSc in Professional Practice

My degree is in Criminology and I worked in Substance Misuse in Blackpool and North Lancashire with individuals and families struggling with addiction before moving to work in Education for 10 years
