Siobhan has been a Primary school Headteacher in Lancashire for 23 years and is a member of the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network, promoting awareness of trauma informed practice, seeking to reduce the frequency and effects of Violent crime. As Headteacher she established outstanding Pastoral Support systems and developed an expertise in the field of safeguarding and trauma informed practice. Siobhan has written and contributed to books and resource toolkits on issues related to vulnerability and trauma, she also, contributes articles for TES and gave written and verbal evidence to cross party Parliamentary groups on promoting positive mental health for children and young people across society.
