Siobhan has been a Primary school Headteacher in Lancashire for 23 years and is a member of the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network, promoting awareness of trauma informed practice, seeking to reduce the frequency and effects of Violent crime.
I am a retired Lancashire Constabulary Police Officer having retired in 2018 . I am now employed by the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network as a Police Trainer currently delivering Trauma Informed training to Police Officers and Police staff.
Justin is a serving Police Superintendent on the Lancashire Violence Reduction Network which consists of 36 partner agencies working to reduce/prevent serious violence by addressing the cause of the causes through a public health approach.
My degree is in Criminology, and I worked in Substance Misuse in Blackpool and North Lancashire with individuals and families struggling with addiction, before moving to work in Education for 10 years.
