I am a Children and Families Social Worker with Lancashire County Council and have worked across several fields including Child Protection, Children in Our Care, Foster and Adoption and Child Exploitation. I have been a Practice Development manager for 5 years for Lancashire Children Social Care with supporting the development of practice across Children social care to support positive outcomes for the children and families of Lancashire.

As part of the Trauma Informed Lancashire team my role is to develop and deliver Trauma Informed workshops and resources that are accessible across Social Care services, Health, education, probation, prison service and 3^rd Sector services. I also support organisations to achieve a Trauma Informed Quality Charter Mark working closely with leaders and managers across varying services to support them to embed such learning and practice within their service to enrich the experiences of those entering their service but also the support that staff and employees receive within their day-to-day roles.
